Lionel Messi continued to make a significant impact for Inter Miami in MLS, scoring a beautiful goal to secure a 1-1 draw against Toronto.
Toronto took the lead with a close-range goal from Federico Bernardeschi, putting the game at 0-1. However, Messi did not give up and scored a stunning goal in the fifth minute of stoppage time to level the score. This was Messi’s third goal in the league, in addition to the two assists he has provided so far.
This draw meant Inter Miami lost its top spot in the Eastern Conference, but Messi remains a key player in the team’s quest for success this season.
