The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, participated in the World Forum held in Berlin, where she highlighted the importance of democracy for the development and stability of Kosovo.
In her speech, Osmani praised democracy as the best system of values recognized by humanity, considering it a synonym for freedom, peace, and security for the country.
She emphasized that today, Kosovo is an example of a state and people who have fought and sacrificed for centuries to achieve the freedom, independence, and democracy they enjoy now.
“Today in Berlin, at ‘The World Forum,’ I spoke about Kosovo as an example of a state and a people who have fought and sacrificed for centuries for the freedom, independence, and democracy we enjoy today,” Osmani said.
“For Kosovo, democracy is not only the best system of values known to humanity, but it is also the very synonym of freedom, peace, and security. Kosovo today is a synonym of democracy that is constantly advancing because belief in democratic values is the foundation upon which our state has been built.”
