Osmani Meets with Ambassadors of Quint and EU: “Attack on Ibër-Lepenc Poses Serious Risk to the Stability of the Entire Region”

Kosovo’s President, Vjosa Osmani, met with the ambassadors of the Quint countries and the EU Ambassador to discuss recent developments in the country following the recent terrorist attack on Kosovo’s critical infrastructure.

During the meeting, Osmani highlighted the threat to Kosovo’s national security posed by attacks on vital infrastructure. The discussions also focused on the response of the responsible institutions to this situation, with both President Osmani and the ambassadors expressing their highest appreciation for the management and actions taken so far.

At the same time, President Osmani emphasized that such attacks not only aim to destabilize Kosovo but also pose a serious risk to the stability of the entire region.

Osmani called on the international community to condemn this terrorist attack and to remain united against any attempt to undermine peace and security in Kosovo. She also reiterated that preventing such attacks in the future should be the main focus. Later in the day, the President is scheduled to meet with Kosovo’s security institutions.
