Kosovo Police have released additional information regarding checks conducted in several northern municipalities as part of a 24-hour operation.
According to the report, the case involves document forgery, with police inspections carried out on Friday at 09:00 in North Mitrovica, Zvečan, Leposavić, and Zubin Potok.
“Police units conducted inspections in several municipalities where document forgery was suspected, and illegal activities were taking place,” the report states.
Authorities confirmed that three female suspects were arrested, and various documents were seized. Following their interrogation, the prosecutor ordered their release, and the case will proceed through regular legal procedures.
