Often, many emergency situations have been caused by this party.
From violent protests, erecting illegal roadblocks, smuggling routes, to the terrorist attack in Banjska, it was the members of this party who were involved.
And surprisingly, in the lottery for selecting numbers through which parties would participate in the February 2025 elections, the Serbian List, a party linked to terrorism, drew the number 112.
This number is internationally recognized as an emergency number.
Given the situations caused by this party, a year ago, there were fatalities precisely from those who are the first line of defense in emergency situations – the Kosovo Police.
Officer Afrim Bunjaku was killed in the terrorist attack led by the deputy head of this party, Milan Radojčić, in the north of the country in September 2023.
Now, the main terrorist Radojčić is free and protected in Serbia by President Aleksandar Vučić.
However, this party’s history with terrorist connections doesn’t begin or end with the heavy-armed attack by the Serbian army in Banjska, Kosovo.
They led the violent protests that injured dozens of KFOR soldiers in 2023 as well.
The conflicts of this party and its people aren’t just with the Albanian majority and NATO’s peacekeeping mission but also with Kosovo Serbs.
Radojčić was accused of being the main figure behind the assassination of his political rival, Oliver Ivanović.
Another Serbian politician, Nenad Rašić, has repeatedly accused this party of threats, attacks, pressures, and massive vote-buying.
Despite all this, it seems this party will participate again in the parliamentary elections of the Republic of Kosovo, which they do not recognize and attack with every means at their disposal.
However, members of this party make an exception and acknowledge the Republic of Kosovo when it comes to money.
They accept the state, its institutions, and even the national anthem, just so they can sign in and collect their salaries and benefits from the Kosovo Assembly, in which they haven’t participated for almost two years.
