Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced that his team is working closely with the United States as they prepare for critical negotiations this Friday. He highlighted that the upcoming agreement with the U.S. is a crucial show of support for both Ukraine and its people.
Zelensky emphasized the international efforts being made, stating that significant work is underway to ensure peace and security for Ukraine. “Our teams are working with the United States as we prepare for negotiations this Friday. The agreement with the U.S. is vital for supporting our country and our people. Peace and security guarantees are key to ensuring that Russia can no longer destroy the lives of other nations,” he said.
The Ukrainian president further stressed the importance of continued U.S. support, noting, “For me and for all of us, it is crucial that U.S. support does not stop. Additionally, U.S. President Donald Trump has mentioned that he is expecting Zelensky to sign a “very big” agreement this week with the U.S. regarding minerals, further cementing the growing ties between the two nations.
