Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu заявил that Iran has been struck at a critical point, claiming that Tehran’s long-term investments in ballistic missiles, nuclear enrichment, and regional proxy forces have been significantly undermined.

In his statement, Netanyahu said Israel had dealt major blows to Iran and what he described as its “axis,” referring to allied armed groups across the region. He emphasized that while the war is not over, Israel has achieved key strategic gains.

Netanyahu characterized the current situation as a “strategic turning point,” arguing that although Iran sought to encircle Israel, it is now Israel that is tightening pressure on Tehran. According to him, the Iranian regime is “weaker than ever,” while Israel is “stronger than ever.”

The remarks come amid ongoing military operations and growing international focus on potential diplomatic efforts. Reports suggest that the United States, under President Donald Trump, may be considering negotiations to halt the conflict.

Netanyahu also appeared to indirectly criticize former U.S. President Joe Biden, suggesting that earlier American leadership did not fully grasp the scale of the Iranian threat.

His comments highlight the widening gap between continued military action and emerging diplomatic efforts, as tensions in the region remain high.
