Police in Pakistan’s capital, Islamabad, are reportedly preparing for a possible visit by foreign delegations, despite no confirmed announcement of a second round of talks.
The city’s traffic police said all transport terminals in Islamabad and nearby Rawalpindi will be closed for 10 days, starting at 23:00 tonight until April 26.
Public transport between Rawalpindi, Islamabad, and other districts will remain suspended. Heavy traffic has also been banned from entering Islamabad starting April 18.
Earlier, Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry said there had been no official notification regarding a second round of talks, according to BBC.
