Following the success of Distria Krasniqi, who was crowned European champion with a gold medal at the European Judo Championships, Kosovo is now aiming for further achievements in this prestigious competition.
Today, judokas Laura Fazliu, Akil Gjakova, and Dardan Cena will step onto the tatami with the goal of securing more European medals for the country.
Fazliu will compete in the women’s -63 kg category, while Gjakova and Cena will compete in the men’s -73 kg category.
Kosovar athletes are expected to continue the strong tradition of success for Kosovo judo on the European stage.
