Ulutaş thanks NATO allies for keeping KFOR well-equipped and prepared

The commander of NATO-led KFOR, Major General Özkan Ulutaş, met with NATO Deputy Secretary General Radmila Shekerinska at NATO headquarters in Brussels.

According to the KFOR statement, he briefed the North Atlantic Council in KFOR format, together with ambassadors from all NATO Allies and partner countries contributing personnel to the mission.

Major General Ulutaş outlined KFOR’s efforts to ensure a safe and secure environment for all people living in Kosovo and shared his assessment of the current security situation across the region.

He thanked all NATO Allies and partners for their “steadfast efforts” to ensure that KFOR remains well-resourced and well-positioned, as well as for their continued commitment to security in Kosovo and regional stability.
