Ukraine has carried out a wide-range drone attack targeting several regions inside Russia, including a major oil refinery in Ryazan, following days of intense Russian strikes on Ukrainian cities.
The attack comes after continued Russian drone and missile assaults on Ukraine, including a deadly strike on a residential apartment block in Kyiv that killed 24 people, among them three children.
Russian authorities reported casualties and said an investigation into “terrorism” has been opened, while witnesses indicated that the Ryazan refinery was engulfed in flames after being hit.
