Professor of law and former Constitutional Court judge, Kadri Kryeziu, has called on citizens to go out and vote, particularly noting that voter turnout as of 11:00 a.m. is high in municipalities inhabited by a Serb majority.
He stated that abstention benefits Belgrade and urged citizens to vote for Nenad Rašić.
