A Serbian citizen has been arrested at the Brnjak Border Crossing Point on suspicion of offering a bribe to border police officers.
According to authorities, the incident occurred on June 15, 2026, when the suspect allegedly offered police officers €30 in an attempt to enter the Republic of Kosovo illegally.
The banknotes used in the bribery attempt were confiscated as material evidence, and the suspect was interviewed by the competent authorities.
Following the prosecutor’s decision and the completion of initial procedures, the suspect was placed in detention, while investigations into the case remain ongoing.
