Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that Ukraine has fulfilled all the necessary requirements to become a member of the European Union.
Ukraine has long pursued EU membership, viewing it as a key guarantee of the country’s long-term security and a pathway to stronger political, economic, and military support amid its ongoing war with Russia, Sky News reports.
According to Zelensky, preparations are underway for four new chapters in the EU accession negotiations, with two of those chapters already launched.
