Ukraine struck a Russian plant producing fuel for cruise missiles overnight in the Tver region, while attacks also damaged Russia’s technological and energy infrastructure.

The target was the Redkino Experimental Plant, which produces the specialised Decilin-M fuel used in Kh-101 cruise missiles, as well as other fuels and additives for Russian missile systems. A fire broke out at the facility following the strike.

Russia has used Kh-101 missiles in attacks against Ukraine, including the strike on the city of Pryluky two days ago.

This was the second attack on the Redkino plant in 2026. The facility was also hit in February and has been under British sanctions since September 2025.

During the same night, Russia claimed it had shot down 505 Ukrainian drones across 19 regions of the country.

Meanwhile, a data centre belonging to technology company Yandex in the Kaluga region was damaged. This was the second attack in two nights targeting Russia’s technological infrastructure.

A fire also broke out at an oil depot near Belgorod, although full details about the extent of the damage have not been released.

The latest strikes are part of Ukraine’s campaign against facilities supporting Russia’s military and logistical capabilities.
