The third parliamentary session is being held in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.

A delegation from Kosovo is also participating in these works.

Deputy Enis Kervan, during the AP meeting, thanked the support and contribution of this institution, towards Kosovo.

He asked the Committee of Ministers when it plans to invite Kosovo to become a full member of the Council of Europe, considering that 82 percent of the votes were in favor of Kosovo’s membership in this institution.

“Unfortunately, the PACE recommendation was not addressed in the last ministerial. Will there be an extraordinary minister called this year to address this subject? We are engaging in Brussels as part of the dialogue process, but this is a special issue that is not exclusively in the hands of Kosovo,” said deputy Kervan, among other things.
