Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has announced that he had a phone conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz about regional issues and the continuation of discussions within the Berlin Process.
“It was an excellent and very productive conversation with Chancellor Scholz on key issues of mutual interest, including economic cooperation, regional stability, and the importance of strengthening the ties between Serbia and Germany. We exchanged views on regional issues and the continuation of discussions within the Berlin Process.” During the phone call with Scholz, the Serbian president said they also discussed the European integration of the Western Balkans.
“We talked about the growing need to intensify diplomatic efforts in the region to address multiple issues crucial for maintaining peace and stability, particularly in promoting economic connections and the European integration of the Western Balkans,” Vucic wrote on his Instagram account.
