The spokesperson for the CEC, Valmir Elezi, announced that the counting of conditional votes, votes from people with disabilities, and those from outside Kosovo will take place at a later stage at the Center for Counting and Results, after the counting in the Municipal Counting Centers is completed.
“For the number of conditional votes and votes from persons with special needs, we will soon have data for each municipality separately. Meanwhile, as we mentioned earlier, 104,924 citizens were registered for voting outside Kosovo, and according to preliminary data, the number of votes in diplomatic missions where voting took place on February 8, 2025, is 15,352,” he emphasized.
Elezi further announced that regarding the rest of the voting from outside Kosovo, through mail, 68,712 ballot packages have been received in the CEC mailboxes in various countries.
