A fatal accident occurred a few hours ago in Caralevë, where a person is believed to have lost his life due to injuries sustained in the crash, reports RKS NEWS.
The incident was confirmed by Shaqir Bytyqi, spokesperson for the police in the Prizren region, who stated that one person had died, identified as 42-year-old J.G.
Bytyqi mentioned that the accident involved a car and a bus.
“On 13.02.2025, around 18:25, the Prizren Regional Police was notified by the police in Ferizaj about a traffic accident in Caralevë. The accident occurred between a car and a bus. Immediately, all necessary teams were called to the scene. Around 19:00, the Regional Traffic Patrol in Prizren informed us that the accident was fatal, and that J.G., a male approximately 42 years old from Suhareka, had lost his life. All responsible teams, as well as supervisors from the Suhareka Police Station and the Regional Traffic Police in Prizren, are present at the scene,” Bytyqi said.
