The Supreme Court of Kosovo has announced that it has received 43 administrative appeals from political entities challenging decisions made by the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP).
According to the court’s statement, rulings have been issued for 42 appeals, while one remains under review. The pending appeal, submitted by PDAK-LPB in Ferizaj on March 11, 2025, concerns the Central Election Commission’s (QNR) results related to diaspora votes sent by mail.
The Supreme Court continues to process election-related disputes, reflecting the ongoing legal challenges following the national elections.
