The leader of AAK, Ramush Haradinaj, has remembered the fallen in Beleg, Irzniq, and Poterq in the Klinë region.
Through a post on the social media platform X, Haradinaj wrote that March is a month of glory and of our efforts for freedom.
“Even though they were unarmed, they were not spared by the barbarians. Today, in memory of this sacrifice, we were with the families who proudly and painfully remember the 46 fallen in Beleg and Irzniq, and the 15 fallen in Poterq,” he wrote.
He added that, since many of the victims are still missing, these massacres hold an even more painful dimension because many victims do not yet have a marked grave on the land for which they sacrificed their lives.
