Caroline Ziadeh, head of the United Nations Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK), highlighted the plight of missing persons during her speech at the UN Security Council. She acknowledged the passing of Bajram Qerkini, leader of the “Voice of Parents” association, who dedicated his life to finding those disappeared during the Kosovo War, including his own son, Reshat.
