The Office of the Prime Minister (ZKM) has sent a notification about the decisions made at today’s meeting. In the notification, ZKM refers to the executive as the “interim government”.
Here are the decisions made:
- The Board of Directors of the Public Enterprise “Regional Water Supply Company Hidroregjoni Jugor Sh. A.”, Prizren, has been appointed with the following composition:
- Ylber Elshani, Chairman;
- Agim Muçaj, Member;
- Selvete Xhigolli, Member;
- Sulejman Gashi, Member.
- The request for borrowing of 10 million euros for the Public Enterprise “Telekomi i Kosovës Sh. A.” has been approved in principle.
- 147 thousand euros have been reallocated for two capital projects: (1) “Adventure Park” in the Municipality of Kamenica; and (2) “Construction of the New and Old Dragance Road” in the Municipality of Novobërdë.
- The Action Plan 2025-2026 for implementing the Strategy for Advancing the Rights of the Roma and Ashkali Communities in the Republic of Kosovo-2022-2026 has been approved. This plan aims not only to implement our political and institutional obligations but also to build an equal and just society where Roma and Ashkali communities are not treated as separate categories but as citizens with full and guaranteed rights.
- The Coordinating Group for Large Carnivores: Brown Bear, Balkan Lynx, and Wolf has been established.
- The Intervention Group for Large Carnivores: Brown Bear, Balkan Lynx, and Wolf has been established.
- The request of the Kosovo Privatization Agency to return funds transferred to the Budget of the Republic of Kosovo to the social enterprises: 651 thousand euros to “NBI Suhareka” and 72 thousand euros to “KB Malisheva” has been approved.
- The preliminary decision for the expropriation of immovable property for the public interest for the needs of the Central Security Institutions of the Republic of Kosovo in the municipalities of Prizren and Malishevë has been approved.
- The request for the transfer of the right of use and change of the user in plots located in the Municipality of Junik, in accordance with the manner of use, duration, and compensation for forests and forest land has been approved. The transfer of the right of use is for the construction of the Memorial to the Fallen Martyrs on July 17, 1998 at the site “Rrasa e Zogut”, Junik Mountains. The investment will be made through the Agency for Management of Monuments and Memorial Complexes with an open competitive procedure, based on objective, transparent, and non-discriminatory criteria.
- The initiative for the conclusion of the International Agreement for the Promotion and Mutual Protection of Investments between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, and Trade, and the State of Israel has been approved. This agreement aims to create a stable legal framework for promoting economic cooperation between the two countries, encouraging mutual investments, and ensuring a stable, transparent, and protected environment for investors.
- The final decision for expropriation for public interest of the immovable property of the social enterprise “Agricultural Cooperative” Ropotovë e Madhe, Z. K. Dobërçan, managed and administered by the Kosovo Privatization Agency, whose expropriation is necessary for the realization of the project: Village Cemetery and Sports Field in Dobërçan, Cadastral Zone: Dobërçan, Municipality of Gjilan, has been approved.
- The final decision for expropriation for public interest of the immovable property of the former social enterprise “Textile Industry Integj”, cadastral parcel No. 4945-7 and the facility managed and administered by the Kosovo Privatization Agency, whose expropriation is necessary for the realization of the project: “Children’s Daycare, Green Space, and Road Infrastructure” in the Municipality of Gjilan has been approved.
- The final decision for expropriation for public interest of the immovable property affected by the implementation of the Project: Expansion of the National Road N2 Segment “Entrance to the City of Ferizaj” has been approved.
