The civic group “No More Than a Cent” has announced that it will officially file a lawsuit tomorrow against the Energy Regulatory Office (ERO) over its recent decision to increase electricity tariffs.
The lawsuit will be submitted at the Basic Court in Pristina, located at the Palace of Justice. Following this, representatives of the group will hold a press statement.
“The lawsuit will be submitted to the Basic Court in Prishtina at the Palace of Justice.”
“After filing the lawsuit, group representatives will give a media statement, outlining the legal grounds of the complaint and the impact this decision by ERO is having on the well-being of citizens.”
