Karateka Orges Arifi has secured a medal for Albania at the European Karate Championship taking place in Yerevan, Armenia, reports RKS News.
Arifi qualified for the final in the under 60-kilogram category by defeating Bosnian Kenan Siljak in the semifinals.
With this victory, he has already secured at least a silver medal.
In the final, Arifi will face Russian competitor Akhmed Akhmedov.
