The protest scheduled for Sunday in the village of Muçivërc, demanding the release of former police officer Arbnor Spahiu, has been canceled. Organizers stated that the cancellation came after they failed to obtain a permit from the police to hold the event, RKS News reports.
Arbnor Spahiu was arrested by Serbian authorities and is currently being held in pre-trial detention for one month, accused of being part of the police unit involved in the Banjska attack.
The lack of a police permit has blocked the organization of the protest.
