Kosovo’s President Vjosa Osmani attended the official birthday celebration of King Charles III of England on June 19, 2025.
President Osmani shared several photos from the event on Facebook, which also showed the presence of the United Kingdom’s Ambassador, Jonathan Hargreaves.
“It was a special pleasure last night, among friends of Kosovo and the United Kingdom, to mark the Official Birthday of King Charles III—an opportunity to express the deepest gratitude of the people of Kosovo for the unwavering support of our British friends,” Osmani wrote on June 20, 2025.
King Charles III actually has two birthdays: his actual birth date in November (November 14, 1948), and a second, official celebration held on the second Saturday of June. Historically, official celebrations marking the monarch’s birthday in England have often taken place on a date different from their actual birth date.
