The session to constitute the Kosovo Assembly has failed for the 36th time. Once again, the Commission for Secret Voting did not pass, reports Gazeta Online Reporteri.net.
Despite 99 deputies being present in the hall, only 53 of them voted in favor. There was only one vote against, and no abstentions. The session this time lasted a mere three minutes.
