A dangerous situation unfolded today near the tunnel in North Macedonia, leading to the closure of the Skopje – Hani i Elezit road for all vehicles.
The National Center for Emergency Management in Kosovo announced the blockage, stating it’s a result of a large-scale fire.
“We inform you, based on information received from the North Macedonian side, the road Skopje – Hani i Elezit is blocked for all vehicles due to a fire near the tunnel in the Republic of North Macedonia. We will inform you of any additional information in due course,” the official announcement stated.
