Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky held an important phone conversation with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, focusing on the latest developments on the war front and Ukraine’s ongoing diplomatic efforts on the international stage.
In a statement shared on social media, President Zelensky described the conversation as “important and constructive.” He noted that during the call, he provided a summary of the current situation at the frontlines, along with Ukraine’s continued efforts to secure peace.
“We are working with all our partners to end this war as soon as possible and to stop the killings,” Zelensky stated.
He also emphasized that preparations are underway for Ukraine’s participation in major international forums, with the goal of strengthening cooperation with strategic partners.
“We will do everything to protect our people,” added the Ukrainian President, concluding his message with a special expression of gratitude for Albania’s support.
“Thank you, Edi. Thank you, Albania, for your unwavering support for Ukraine,” he said.
