Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that Russia is not showing any signs of preparing to end the war in Ukraine.
In an evening address, President Zelenskyy said that according to a new intelligence report, Russia is preparing for new offensives. He added that “they are moving their troops and forces in such a way as to launch new offensive operations.”
