Today, the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met with the Chargé d’Affaires of the United States in Kosovo, Ms. Anu Pratipati.
During the meeting, they discussed recent developments in the country, including the election of the Speaker of the Assembly and the majority of deputy speakers, as well as the next steps toward the full constitution of the Assembly.
Bilateral cooperation was also among the topics discussed, with both sides reaffirming their commitment to further advancement in areas of strategic interest for both countries.
Ahead of the High-Level Week of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, where President Osmani will participate again this year as head of the Kosovo delegation in her capacity as Head of State, the agenda and expectations for the planned meetings and activities were also discussed.
