The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, paid tribute to the legacy of Saint Mother Teresa, highlighting her global humanitarian impact in a heartfelt message on Facebook.

Osmani emphasized that Mother Teresa gave a voice to the poor, the sick, and the forgotten, leaving behind an unparalleled legacy of charity and compassion.

“Her journey inspired millions of people. The works of Saint Teresa remind us of the power of kindness and humanity. Her legacy is a call to each of us: to stand by others, to give love and hope, and to build a fairer and more peaceful world,” Osmani stated.

Mother Teresa, born in Skopje to Albanian parents, was canonized in 2016 by Pope Francis for her miracles and lifelong dedication to the needy. She remains a universal symbol of mercy and love, deeply cherished in Kosovo and across the globe.
