The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has handed over the decree mandating Edi Rama as Prime Minister to form the new government.
The mandate is expected to be formalized later today at midday. Following this, the government cabinet with 16 members will be presented to Parliament for a vote.
Afterwards, Rama will once again address the President for the decreeing of the ministers, while in the end all deputies will be sworn in before President Begaj.
