The Central Election Commission (CEC) has published the results of the counting of conditional votes and votes from persons with special needs for the November 9 runoff in the municipality of Pristina.
The LDK candidate for mayor, Perparim Rama, received 108 votes from persons with special needs after 100% of these votes were counted, while the LVV candidate, Hajrulla Çeku, received 68 votes.
Regarding conditional votes, Çeku received 82 votes, while Perparim Rama received 54 votes.
