Today, at the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in Berlin, a ceremony was held to mark the successful completion of the three-year military academy program in the Federal Republic of Germany by four Kosovo Security Force (KSF) cadets.

The news was confirmed by Kosovo’s Acting Minister of Defence, Ejup Maqedonci, who also revealed the names of the newly commissioned officers.

“The newest officers of the Kosovo Security Force, who graduated with high success, are: Second Lieutenant Shumëzim Karaqica, Second Lieutenant Arton Xhemajli in the military field of Logistics, Second Lieutenant Xheladin Kurtaj, and Second Lieutenant Fatlum Agushi,” Maqedonci stated.

He added that the newly graduated officers now join the KSF officer corps—trained, capable, and worthy to lead Kosovo’s troops with honor, integrity, and dedication.

The achievement is another sign of the deepening cooperation between Kosovo and Germany in defense education and professional military development.
