The Special Prosecution of Kosovo has filed an indictment against an individual identified as D.N., for the criminal offense of “War Crime Against the Civilian Population.”
“The Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo has submitted to the Basic Court in Prishtina an indictment against the defendant D.N., for the criminal offense of ‘War Crime Against the Civilian Population,’ sanctioned under Article 142, in relation to Article 30 of the Criminal Code of the Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, as the law in force at the time the criminal offense was committed,” the announcement states.
