The 28-point peace plan announced by the United States last week “no longer exists,” said an adviser to the head of the Office of the Ukrainian President.

In a Facebook post, Oleksandr Bevz—who was part of the negotiating team in Geneva—said that Kyiv held “very constructive discussions with the United States.”

He noted that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio described the meeting as the “most productive” between Ukraine and the Donald Trump administration.

Ukraine reviewed every point of the proposed plan together with the U.S., and the plan “in the form that everyone had previously seen, no longer exists,” Bevz stated.

“Some points were removed, others were revised—none of Ukraine’s concerns were left unaddressed,” he added.

Bevz said that “final decisions on the most sensitive issues” will be made by Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President Trump.
