Osmani, after meeting the President of Hungary, says she requested the “removal of the EU’s unfair measures”

The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, met today in Prishtina with the President of Hungary, Tamas Sulyok.

In a Facebook post, she said they discussed cooperation between the two countries and noted that she requested the lifting of the punitive measures.

“Today, for the first time, the President of Hungary, Tamás Sulyok, together with the First Lady, Zsuzsanna Nagy, paid a working visit to Kosovo. Together with Prindon, we welcomed them to the Presidency and expressed our commitment to strengthening cooperation between our two countries in every direction,” she wrote.

“In the bilateral meeting with President Sulyok, I reiterated that Hungary’s support for lifting the EU’s unfair measures is essential. Our country’s Euro-Atlantic integration is in the interest of all our citizens, of the region, and of the entire European continent. 🇽🇰🇭🇺,” Osmani added.
