The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Elisa Spiropali, extended her congratulations to the people of Kosovo and to Albin Kurti on the occasion of the general elections.
In a social media post, Spiropali stated that:
“Albania and Kosovo walk together, side by side, with one heart, one voice, on the European path, because what unites us is greater than any border.”
She added:
*”Congratulations to the people of Kosovo for holding elections with maturity, calm, and civic responsibility, a demonstration of democratic maturity that makes us proud.
Congratulations to Lëvizja Vetëvendosje and Prime Minister Albin Kurti for the victory achieved and the trust received from the citizens, as well as to the entire political spectrum for the campaign and standards reached.
