The Commander of the Fire Brigade in Mitrovica, Burim Ibishi, has provided an update on the current flood situation in the city.
He stated that the situation in Mitrovica is currently stable; however, there is a risk tonight that the Lushta River may overflow.
Five families have been evacuated from the Bair neighborhood, while the Vaganicë neighborhood is also affected by heavy rainfall.
Ibishi emphasized that available personnel are insufficient, but additional support has been provided by the Emergency Management Agency (AME).
