The Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Kreshnik Radoniqi, today held an official meeting with Matthias Conrad, Deputy Head of the Western Balkans Division at the German Federal Foreign Office, and Christian Böttcher, Deputy Ambassador of Germany to Kosovo.
The CEC reported that “at the opening of the meeting, Radoniqi informed the guests about the CEC’s intensive engagement in completing the recount of polling stations and preparing to announce the final results of the early parliamentary elections for the Assembly of Kosovo.”
“Mr. Conrad, for his part, praised the work of the Central Election Commission, commending the organization and professional management of the electoral process,” the CEC statement added.
According to the CEC, at the conclusion of the meeting, Radoniqi and the German representatives agreed on concrete cooperation initiatives for the future.
