The Minister of Justice, Albulena Haxhiu, has announced the commencement of the implementation of the final prohibitory order with temporary measures regarding immovable properties in the “Banjska” case.
She stated that the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Property has started the identification of the properties mentioned in the order, including the villa believed to have been owned by the chief terrorist, Milan Radojčić.
“The Ministry of Justice, through officials of the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Property, has started the implementation of the Final Prohibitory Order with temporary measures, related to the immovable properties in the Banjska case.”
“The Agency has begun the identification of the properties mentioned in the aforementioned Order, including the villa which was considered to have been owned by the chief criminal, Milan Radojiçiq at Ujman Lake in Zubin Potok and other properties, in accordance with the Law on the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Property, as well as the Court Order.”
