Two of the four Serbs arrested by the Kosovo Police in Gjakova recently appeared before the Basic Court in Gjakova and disclosed their professions in Serbia. Pavle Kragović, one of the detainees, stated that he works as a police inspector in Kragujevac, while Milovan Stević revealed that he is a dentist at the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade.

During the court session, the two other detained individuals, Branko Rakić and Nemanja Vamović, did not claim any connections to Serbian security institutions. Rakiq stated that he works as a communication technician, while Vamović is employed as a forestry engineer, according to RTK.

Prosecutor Venera Shala requested that the court impose a detention order, citing the fact that the suspects carried sharp objects during their visit to Orthodox monasteries in the Republic of Kosovo. She argued that the risk of flight was high for the detainees, as all are Serbian nationals, which could make them difficult to apprehend if they escape into Serbia.
