The Central Election Commission of Kosovo is set to hold its next meeting today in Pristina, with preparations for Kosovo’s snap parliamentary elections expected to dominate discussions.
The meeting, scheduled to begin at 18:00, will be chaired by Kreshnik Radoniqi and will address several agenda items related to the organization of the electoral process.
Particular focus will be placed on reviewing recommendations for the certification of political entities seeking to participate in the early elections scheduled for June 7, 2026.
The commission is also expected to discuss and approve matters concerning voter lists at Kosovo’s diplomatic missions abroad, including arrangements for voting in Frankfurt.
The meeting’s agenda also includes a “Miscellaneous” section, during which additional issues related to the smooth administration of the electoral process may be addressed. The session is considered an important step in the lead-up to Kosovo’s upcoming elections.
