The constitutive session of the Kosovo Assembly has been suspended after the Assembly failed to approve the report from the provisional commission for the verification of mandates and quorum.
Following a 15-minute recess, the report did not pass—52 deputies voted in favor, 46 against, and 11 abstained.
As a result, the Assembly went into another break. Afterward, the oldest MP, Avni Dehari, officially suspended the session.
“We are obliged to suspend the session and send a letter to the President to ask for guidance on how to proceed,” said Dehari, referring to President Vjosa Osmani.
