Drunken Brawl in Leposaviq Leaves One Injured, Victim Refuses Medical Treatment

A physical altercation between several individuals took place on the evening of May 20 in Leposaviq, leaving one person with head injuries following a street fight, according to Rks News.

Police were notified around 20:30 about a disturbance on “Dositeja Obradoviq” street.

Upon arrival, patrol officers found three individuals at the scene, one of whom had visible head injuries.

Initial findings suggest that after a dispute and exchange of insults, the individuals engaged in a physical fight in the street.

Police conducted alcohol tests on those involved, with the victim identified as N.D. recording a blood alcohol level of 1.35 promille, while one of the suspects registered 1.31 promille.

Despite his head injuries, the victim refused medical treatment.

One of the suspects, identified as David Barač, was not found at the scene during the police intervention.

Following instructions from the State Prosecutor, the case has been opened as “Assault,” and the individuals involved will be interviewed once they are sober.

The investigation is ongoing.
