Muslim believers across Kosovo are celebrating Eid al-Adha, with the Eid prayer now officially concluded.
Worshippers gathered early in the morning and exchanged greetings and well wishes on the occasion of one of the most important holidays in Islam. The Eid al-Adha prayer was held starting at 05:40.
Eid al-Adha and Eid al-Fitr are considered two of the most significant religious holidays for Muslims worldwide.
In his message delivered on Tuesday, Naim Tërnava, the Grand Mufti of Kosovo, called on political parties to conduct the June 7 election campaign with dignity and restraint.
