French Ambassador to Kosovo Olivier Guérot has concluded his four-year diplomatic mission in Kosovo, with the French Embassy praising his contribution to strengthening relations and friendship between France and Kosovo.
The French Embassy in Kosovo announced the end of Guérot’s mandate in a message published on Facebook, highlighting the strengthening of bilateral ties during his tenure.
“After four years in #Kosovo, French Ambassador Olivier Guérot concludes his diplomatic mission, a mandate marked by the strengthening of ties and friendship between France and Kosovo,” the embassy said.
The embassy thanked Guérot for his dedication and contribution throughout his four years of service and wished him success in his future engagements.
“Thank you, Mr. Ambassador, for your dedication and contribution during these four years. We wish you every success in your future engagements,” the embassy added.
Guérot’s departure marks the end of a four-year period in which France and Kosovo continued to develop their bilateral relations, including cooperation on political, security and European integration issues.
