Kosovo’s Ambassador to the United States, Ilir Dugolli, met with U.S. Congressman Michael Baumgartner for what the Embassy described as a “substantive discussion” on U.S.-Kosovo relations and regional developments.
According to the Embassy of Kosovo in Washington, the meeting focused on strengthening the longstanding partnership between Kosovo and the United States, as well as exchanging views on current political and security developments in the Western Balkans.
“Ambassador Dugolli had the honor of meeting Congressman Michael Baumgartner for a substantive discussion on U.S.–Kosovo relations and regional developments,” the embassy said in a statement.
The meeting reflects the continued engagement between Kosovo and members of the U.S. Congress on issues of mutual interest and regional stability.
